Who we are: 

Our office - Oil & gas consulting & assistance bureau – proposes solutions in upstream domain and assist operators and contractors on different actions in fields ‘exploitation and basic engineering solutions.

Our team is composed with senior engineers who have worked in the domain of surface facilities, mainly in southern Algeria, across most of the oil and gas fields.

What we do:

Operator side

¨  All categories of upstream related activities are covered:

-          Oil and gas wells facilities

-          Gathering system

-          Water & gas injection network

-          Gaslift  & pumping

-          Oil & gas treatment facilities

¨  The versatility and engineers skill allows us to deal with field problems such as production losses, malfunctions of oil and gas treatment units and well production, deposit problems, etc.

¨  The link with our engineering specialists allow to offer quickly solutions to all these problems with the aim of improving oil and gas production and reducing, as far as possible, operating cost due to frequent interventions on facilities.

Contractor side:

v These activities are related to projects (FEED and EPC), from the preparation phase of the proposal to the management of the project (either by providing expertise or direct services):

 

v Scope of work, tender & contractual documents analysis

 

v Preparation of the technical proposal (Project Execution Plan, Planning L2 and L3, Estimate of Human and Material Resources, Manpower Histograms, Man-hours Engineering and Forecast S Curves...)

 

v Managing client clarifications

 

v Assistance in the management of construction (construction implementation plan, Organisation, L4 planning, monitoring and reports ...)
